Dies soll insbesondere Homematic IP Einsteigern, aber auch erfahreneren Nutzern helfen, die Einsatz- und Programmierm\u00f6glichkeiten besser zu verstehen und optimal einzusetzen.<\/strong><br><br>In dieser Ausgabe besch\u00e4ftigen wir uns mit der Systeml\u00f6sung \u201eZutritt\u201c und deren M\u00f6glichkeiten. Aufbauend zu unserem letzten Beitrag zu smarten Klingelsystemen gehen wir nun den n\u00e4chsten Schritt: Wir zeigen, wie Sie mit Homematic IP T\u00fcren und Tore einbinden, um den Zutritt zum Geb\u00e4ude oder Grundst\u00fcck intelligent zu steuern und zu \u00fcberwachen.<br><br>Jeder kennt es: Man verl\u00e4sst das Haus und merkt erst zu sp\u00e4t, dass der Schl\u00fcssel fehlt. Guter Rat ist dann teuer. Wer hat schon einen Ersatzschl\u00fcssel in Reichweite deponiert? Doch so weit muss es nicht kommen. Ein gut ausgebautes Smart-Home-System bietet eine Vielzahl von M\u00f6glichkeiten, auch ohne Schl\u00fcssel sicher ins Haus zu gelangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der T\u00fcrschlossantrieb: Smart und Sicher<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr normale Au\u00dfen- oder Innent\u00fcren bietet sich die Verwendung eines smarten T\u00fcrschlossantriebs wie des <strong><span data-tooltip=\"154952\" class=\"dhsv-product-tooltip\">HmIP-DLD<\/span><\/strong> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">(Bild 1)<\/mark> an. Er liefert hohe Sicherheit und au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Komfort f\u00fcr den Nutzer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-bordered\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tjqcgatfswhzxpnurgki.supabase.co\/storage\/v1\/object\/public\/pdf-images\/382fd473-c2c2-473f-9fb2-d5edd46db2bf\/page_2_img_1.jpg\" alt=\"Homematic IP T\u00fcrschlossantrieb HmIP-DLD an einer wei\u00dfen T\u00fcr.\" class=\"wp-image-1\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Bild 1: Der Homematic IP T\u00fcrschlossantrieb HmIP-DLD.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Besonders praktisch ist ein solcher T\u00fcrschlossantrieb in folgenden Bereichen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Privathaushalte:<\/strong> Zur Steuerung von Wohnungs- oder Zugangst\u00fcren zu bestimmten R\u00e4umen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00fcros und Gesch\u00e4ftsr\u00e4ume:<\/strong> Als sicherer Zutritt zu B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4uden, Konferenz- oder Lagerr\u00e4umen mit der M\u00f6glichkeit, den Zugang bequem aus der Ferne zu steuern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ferienwohnungen oder Ferienh\u00e4user:<\/strong> Zur automatischen T\u00fcrsteuerung f\u00fcr G\u00e4ste, wodurch eine Schl\u00fcssel\u00fcbergabe entf\u00e4llt und der Zutritt effizienter gestaltet werden kann.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seniorenheime und Pflegeeinrichtungen:<\/strong> Zur Sicherstellung, dass nur autorisierte Personen Zugang zu bestimmten Bereichen haben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Der HmIP-DLD ist f\u00fcr den Einsatz mit standardisierten Profilzylindern (z. B. Europrofilzylinder) konzipiert. Diese Funktion erlaubt das Drehen der Schl\u00fcssel auf beiden Seiten, auch wenn auf der Gegenseite bereits ein Schl\u00fcssel steckt. B. Eneloop) einsetzbar sind. \u00dcber die Homematic IP App l\u00e4sst sich der T\u00fcrschlossantrieb einfach konfigurieren, um individuelle Parameter wie die Umdrehungszahl an die T\u00fcr anzupassen. Die Bedienung erfolgt kinderleicht per App, <span data-tooltip=\"142561\" class=\"dhsv-product-tooltip\">Handsender<\/span> oder einem <span data-tooltip=\"156424\" class=\"dhsv-product-tooltip\">KeyPad<\/span> \u2013 ein Schl\u00fcssel wird damit \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Wer lediglich den Zustand seines Schlosses pr\u00fcfen m\u00f6chte, ohne es aktiv zu steuern, f\u00fcr den bietet sich der T\u00fcrschlosssensor <strong><span data-tooltip=\"155475\" class=\"dhsv-product-tooltip\">HmIP-DLS<\/span><\/strong> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">(Bild 5)<\/mark> an. Steht eine T\u00fcr mit einem verbauten Motorschloss (z. B. von Winkhaus) zur Verf\u00fcgung, kann auch dieses mit dem <strong><span data-tooltip=\"160578\" class=\"dhsv-product-tooltip\">Universal-Motorschloss-Controller (HmIP-FLC)<\/span><\/strong> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">(Bild 6)<\/mark> in die Homematic IP Welt integriert werden.<br><br>Dieser Controller erm\u00f6glicht nicht nur das \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen per App, sondern auch die \u00dcberwachung des T\u00fcrzustands \u00fcber zwei Eingangskan\u00e4le. Hier k\u00f6nnen potentialfreie Kontaktgeber wie klassische Reed-Kontakte ausgewertet werden <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">(Bild 7)<\/mark>. Besonders spannend ist der aktivierbare Tag-\/Nachtmodus, der im Nachtbetrieb das Schloss automatisch verriegelt, sobald die T\u00fcr geschlossen wird. Zur Umschaltung empfiehlt sich ein Schalter, es kann aber auch ein Taster im Toggle-Betrieb verwendet werden. Die Spannungsversorgung hat bauseits mit 12-24 VDC zu erfolgen. Dank der geringen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe passt das Homematic IP Modul in jede g\u00e4ngige Unterputzdose und l\u00e4sst sich leicht in der N\u00e4he der T\u00fcr platzieren.<br><br>Neben dem Motorschloss-Controller steht noch ein weiteres Modul zur Verf\u00fcgung, der Universal-T\u00fcr\u00f6ffner-Controller, kurz <strong><span data-tooltip=\"160811\" class=\"dhsv-product-tooltip\">HmIP-FDC<\/span><\/strong> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">(Bild 8)<\/mark>. Diese Komponente bietet sich f\u00fcr T\u00fcren an, die \u00fcber einen integrierten elektronischen T\u00fcr\u00f6ffner (z. B. einen Summer) verf\u00fcgen. Dies wird \u00fcber ein flexibles, f\u00fcr jeden Wochentag definierbares Wochenprofil umgesetzt <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">(Bild 9)<\/mark>. Auch lassen sich \u00fcber die Zutrittsberechtigungen blitzschnell neue Nutzer hinzuf\u00fcgen oder \u201eunberechtigte\u201c Nutzer entfernen.<br><br>Ein m\u00f6glicher Anwendungsfall ist der zeitgesteuerte Zutritt f\u00fcr die Reinigungskraft. Auch lassen sich blitzschnell neue Nutzer hinzuf\u00fcgen oder entfernen. Fernbedienung oder Keypad?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben der App-Bedienung kann der Nutzer aus einer Vielzahl von Hand- oder Wandsendern w\u00e4hlen. Besonders beliebt sind die Schl\u00fcsselbundfernbedienung und das KeyPad. Beide lassen sich \u00fcber direkte Verkn\u00fcpfungen mit den Ger\u00e4ten verbinden und funktionieren somit auch ohne Internetverbindung oder bei einem Ausfall der Zentrale. Beschr\u00e4nken wollen wir uns im Folgenden auf die g\u00e4ngigsten Komponenten, die Schl\u00fcsselbundfernbedienung und das KeyPad. Beide haben gemeinsam, dass sie sich \u00fcber direkte Verkn\u00fcpfungen (Gruppen bzw. Zutrittsberechtigungen) mit den Ger\u00e4ten verbinden lassen. Diese funktionieren auch dann, wenn das Internet und\/oder die Zentrale nicht verf\u00fcgbar ist, und stellen somit eine besonders sichere Art der Kopplung dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Aber f\u00fcr wen ist welche Komponente geeignet? Die kleine Schl\u00fcsselbundfernbedienung <span data-tooltip=\"142561\" class=\"dhsv-product-tooltip\">HmIP-KRCK<\/span> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">(Bild 20)<\/mark> kann einfach mitgef\u00fchrt werden und l\u00e4sst sich dank Schl\u00fcsselring direkt am Schl\u00fcsselbund befestigen. Die Piktogramme auf der Oberseite geben Aufschluss dar\u00fcber, welche Funktionen hier belegt werden sollten. Wir schreiben \u201esollten\u201c, da es dem Nutzer freigestellt ist, die Tasten auch mit anderen Funktionen zu belegen, wie z. B. das Schalten eines Lichts. Rufen wir uns die anf\u00e4ngliche Pr\u00e4misse ins Ged\u00e4chtnis, kann aber auch die Schl\u00fcsselbundfernbedienung verloren gehen. Zutrittscodes k\u00f6nnen individuell f\u00fcr das Keypad vergeben und ebenfalls \u00fcber eine Zutrittsberechtigung zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten und Wochentagen aktiviert bzw. deaktiviert werden. Auch kann mit einem anderen Code das Licht geschaltet oder die gesamte Alarmanlage scharf und unscharf gesetzt werden.
